I found it yesterday on rotten branches of Colutea arborescens. Genus Orbilia is very difficult to me, but there is Zotto (and others of course).

Yes, this is Orbilia carpoboloides (= Habrostictis rubra). The spores are acute above and contain a rather long filiform spore body. Maybe you could see this in some spores, but only when they are alive.
