Re : Aide Identification
Hi Yannick

well, I think it is an ascomycete :-)

you don`t have it fresh? because I suppose you placed it in Congo or something with a lethal ingredient.

I suppose it is Orbilia sarraziniana, but I need to see living spores, especially inside the asci.

Any photo of free spores? With scutelloid you mean scutuloid?

Hi Zotto !

Incredible !

Yes I have. In fact, I use Congo to have a better look to asci, paraphyses... I have photos in IKI and water. But in water, It's difficult to see anything.

With scutelloid you mean scutuloid?
Yes !

Merci pour ta réponse !
Amitiés.

Re : Aide Identification
Yes, this is a living spore, and one can see the spore body in the acute end. Probably the upper spores point with that end downwards (character of sarraziniana), and that would be important to see.

Re : Aide Identification
Thank's a lot Zotto. I can imagine these spores on acsi, but I'am not able to take a photo. So surely O. sarraziniana.
Amitiés.
