Invitation for work in West Siberia
Nina Filippova, 08-02-2013 13:33
Dear colleagues, there is information for those who may be interested in field work in boreal zone of West Siberia.

Mukhrino Field Station welcomes visitors for studies in environmental disciplines. It placed near Khanty-Mansiysk town, in vicinities of major communities of the region (dark taiga forest and it's derivaties, wetlands of Ob and Irtysh floodplains, and bogged landscapes).

You could receive finantial support for working at the station through INTERACT project (http://www.eu-interact.org/) where the station is one of the members. Now there is opened additional call for visiting groups: http://www.eu-interact.org/transnational-access/tacall/

Someone interested not in the frame of this project also welcomed. For mycological work, microscopes and some other necessary facilities are available.
