Matsushima 1995 hard copy?

I would like to ask if anybody of you has a hardcopy of Matsushima, Mycol. Memoirs 8. It is because we have a copy which is reduced to some unknown percentage (probably 82% but could also be 85%). Since Matsushima did not include scales but only magnifications, we are not sure about the scales.
