try to search the MycoBank database for literature: http://mycobank.org/mycobiblio.aspx. There you'll find a long listing of publications. Also the Mycosphaerella Identification Website is very helpful: http://www.cbs.knaw.nl/Mycosphaerella/Defaultpage.aspx.
