this pyrenomycet grew on a very wet piece of a stem lying next to a stream, together with Pseudohalonectria lutea, Miladina lecithina, Orbilia sarraziniana and others. The spores remind me of Kirschsteiniothelia aethiops, however, they are too big and the other characters do not fit.
The perithecia are smooth, very soft, black and +- superficial. The spores are smooth too, 32-38 x 13-14 µm big and always two-celled. I didn't observe any sheaths. The asci are +- cylindrical, 8-spored and bitunicate. Paraphyses are present. The peridium consists of brown, roundish to angular cells.

I think your fungus is Jahnula aquatica, species very common on submerged wood.

I think, I have to thank Gernot for his question and Christian for his answer ... I have a file here named "Ignota genera", containing descriptions of Ascomycetes I could not place - for lack of time or knowledge - into a particular genus. The last entrance was a personal note on ... what just turned out to be Jahnula aquatica! It was found at the end of March this year on (very) wet wood in a swampy area in South Eastern Upper Bavaria. The species seems to have escaped the attention of German mycologists for a long time, although the type locality of Amphisphaeria aquatica Kirschstein & Plöttner (1906) was in Brandenburg.
Unfortunately my collection was very scanty, so I could not make an exsicccatum. But In this case I rely on my notes which are almost identical with Gernot's.

it's always a nice feeling if you find something indeterminable and after some time somebody shows it in a forum. :)
I wonder if Jahnula aquatica is common in my area too, I'll keep my eyes open.
