Thanks for your opinion Robert. I have an article on Dacrymyces from the Web (R.F.R. McNabb (1973) - Taxonomic Studies in the Dacrymycetaceae VIII. Dacrymyces Nees ex Fries - New Zealand Journal of Botany 11:461-524), but I think there's not enough details for more exact treatment... It could be even D. stillatus with 1-3-septate spores and with very variable appearance.
