I'm looking for the name of a nice fungus.
Perithecja immersed in very rotten wood of Quercus (with a lot of Nematode), glabtrous.
Perithecjum (sub)globose to pyriform, 200-270um, + neck 90-130um, about 100um broad at the base and concolours with the rest of perithecjum - first light-colored, gray or a little yelowish, then when mature - dark brown, but this is because of gel on perithecjum surface. On the wood surface is visible only the neck.
Asci bitunicate, 8-spored, 200-250um, spores 1-seriate. IKI- with a high refractive apical aparatus (violet in CRB, disapear in KOH)
Ascospores hyaline, 5-septate (6-celled), 24-30 x 5,5-6,5, LC=3,5 with VBs (!).
Ostiole hyphae hyaline, with out VBS. Periphyses hanging near the neck-region and on upper part, inside of parithecjum with high refractive guttulate VBs. Paraphyses with out VBs, only with a few simple vakuoles. No subiculum.

Hi Piotr
let me see the spores, do they really contain VBs instead of LBs??

Re:Peruthecja immersed in Quercus wood
Ascospore shape and large ascal ring would suggest this is a species of Ceratosphaeria.
