Bonjour, Voici la description rapide d'un petit d
I recently examined Celtis occidentalis branches and found two species of Orbilia.One 16-spored species that remind me O. serpentina.

The second probably 32-spored species that looks like O. palmicola.

My location (I'm in Ottawa, ON Canada) suggests that there are something else. Maybe I missed something. I'm asking for the opinion.
I checked Orbilia palmicola like species. I belive that I see thin apical thickening in asci in KOH (attached image).
For SBs, I'm getting the same size as you got.
*(1.2) 1.5 - 2.4 (2.7) × (0.8) 0.9 - 1.1 (1.2) µm
Q = (1.3) 1.6 - 2.5 (2.7) ; N = 32
Me = 2 × 1 µm ; Qe = 2
