I think it's Helvella elastica.
H. latispora should be a smaller species with a dark brown hymenium. Ascospores should also be wider.

Difficile d'avoir des certitudes désormais avec le groupe elastica. Ta récolte ne rentre sans doute pas dans la case H. elastica s. str. qui me semble présenter des lobes plus arrondis. Peut-être du côté de H. carnosa. Mais sans séquençage, difficile à dire.
Quelques photos de la structure de l'excipulum ectal seraient tout de même utile.
A conserver.
