Tarzetta sp.

Hi all

Two years ago I found a Tarzetta among Alnus, Salix and Picea in the Swiss Alps. At that time I determined it as Tarzetta cf. alnicola. Now I have had a sequencing done. This showed a match of 99.66% with an unnamed Tarzetta sp., collection LY:NV 2014.07.10 from van Vooren et al. 2020. Has this species been described in the meantime?

Best regards
Raphael

Re : Tarzetta sp.
Hello.
No, this collection has not been treated.
Do you have a complete morphological study? In this case, I could compare with my own data.

Re : Tarzetta sp.
Hi Nicolas

Unfortunately, I do not work much on ascomycetes, probably I do not have everything that is necessary. Attached are two pictures of the spores and paraphyses (both in water), unfortunately I do not have more.

Best regards
Raphael
