Bonsoir à toutes et tous,J'ai trouvé récemment ce Dothideomycetes sur panicaut champêtre (Eryngium campestre). Comme cette plante-hôte est très rare dans ma région, l'ascomycète l'est probablement aussi…… :o)

Hi Bernard,
the microscopic details remind me of Hymenopsis typhae which occurs on Typha. I have no idea if it can also grow on Eryngium though.

PS: In summer time, it is also worth to look for little brown leaf spots on Eryngium caused by the smut fungus Entyloma eryngii. Not an ascomycete, but still a nice fungus.

I see that the conidia of Hymenopsis typhae are a little larger than for my harvest but actually it looks very much like it!
