Black-stalked apothecia with grey hymenium on Picea abies cone

Sub-mm apothecia on Picea abies cone in tall-herb spruce forest in Northern Norway. Stalks stout and black. Hymenium greyish. Excipulum easy to cut, but appearing "blurry" in the microscope, consisting of pale brownish or hyaline, parallel hyphae, I think textura oblita or if not, then t. porrecta. Asci IKI+ (blue in Lugol), clavate, 55-75 x 5-6 micr., spores 8-10 x 3 micr, 1-septate, aguttulate. Paraphyses cylindrical, multiguttulate. No croziers seen. All images (except last one i Lugol) and measures are in water.
Suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I think this is Antinoa strobilina.

That seems like an excellent suggestion! I have looked at Zotto's images and it's a very good match, I think. Not previously reported from Norway and it appears in GBIF that this is a very rare species. Thanks a lot!
