Hello everybodyas you all know, the monograph of Orbiliomycetes was quite finished these days but not yet appeared. At the moment the museum in Luxembourg needs to know the number of printed copies. The present rough estimation is 100 copies for institutes and 100 for private persons. The price will be around 150 Euro totally, which is just what the print shop wants, but this may change somewhat depending on the number of prints.
There will be two parts, with 950 and 800 pages (DIN A4), and it seems that it will be done with a hard cover and thread-binding.
The volumes will be printed during the end of August as we hope, so they will appear in September or perhaps October. Simultaneously a pdf will freely be available on the website of Luxembourg's Natural History Museum irrespective of one buys a print copy or not, but not before the printed version appeared.
So in order to get a more precise figure of the total number of copies, we need to know who of you wants a printed copy. Some of you already announced us their wish, but in order to get an easy and complete overview we want to ask you to write us a mail in case you want to buy it. Please write to zotto@arcor.de. Please consider that this will be taken by us as a binding order.
Forgot to add that your address would be welcome :-)
