Bonjour à toutes et tous,J'ai trouvé il y a 3 jours ce que je pense être Claussenomyces atrovirens, à la face infère d'un tronc pourri de sapin de Nordmann (Abies nordmanniana). Je pensais que cet asco ne venait que sur feuillus.
Qu'en pensez-vous et est-ce que quelqu'un pourrait me dire à quoi correspondent ce que j'ai appelé "éléments paraphysoïdes". Je ne vois pas vraiment...

Yes, C. atrovirens probably. The minute conidia should be ellipsoid.
Your last pic I cannot interpret, it can hardly belong to the fungus.

I would be happy if you dry several apothecia (around 10) if you can and you are able to send them to me when everythings back to normal. Currently I cannot work in the lab, but I would love to get sequences and work the morphology of your collection. I have been working in this genus the last years and any collections is very valuable.

Voilà, j'ai revérifié les ascoconidies et elles correspondent parfaitement je pense à Claussenomyces atrovirens : 2,5x1 µm ellipsoïdes-oblongues à cylindriques

Such a slight curvature is normal in C. atrovirens.

Since there is no type to review as far as I know, the only one found it is empty and the protologue of the species description it does not explain anything about microscopic features. Can we sure to know what is true atrovirens?
