Bonsoir.
Trouvé sur Populus tremula au sol.
Apo + KOH jaune.
Excipulum formé d'une couche de cellules rondes brun-noirâtre devenant ensuite hyalines. Sous hymenium de textura intricata.
Asques IKI+ b boucles+
Paraphyses larges de 2-3um cylindriques
spores avec souvent 1 cloison (parfois 2-3), mesurant 17,5-20,7 x 2,7-3,4 um
Poils sur l'excipulum hyalins cylindriques
Une idée ?
Yannick

Re : Cf. Mollisia ?
Hi Yannick
Mollisia on wood with so long spores are rare. You have a photo of a mature living ascus? I assume the spores are nonseptate inside.
My folder "elegantior aff." has such long spores, but oil content is different andkOH is negative.

Re : Cf. Mollisia ?
Mollisia of course! In a wide sense at least. DNA is a good idea, I am curious about it.
