Hello,

Found by Gert Kremer on 05-04-2020, The Netherlands.

At first he thought it was a slime mold but it turned out to be something else.

Could this be Dendrodochium citrinum?

I found this topic:

Greetings, Riet

Re : Dendrodochium citrinum?
The cups don't look as I am used to see this, but otherwise it could be.

Anyway, did it grow on conifer wood or resin?

Re : Dendrodochium citrinum?
I asked Gert. The wood was very rotten. He isn't sure.
Tomorrow I'll try to get an answer with the wood anatomy.

Re : Dendrodochium citrinum?
One would need a closeup of the sections to see the pits, anyway it looks much coniferous.

Re : Dendrodochium citrinum?
Thank you very much Zotto!

Gert went back to the location today. I just got these pictures.

It's coniferous wood :-)
