Nectriaceae - Nectria? ... on Tilia.

Hi all.
Again, I found a genre of which I completely do not understand :(
Being in the field, I can not resist downloading them. I guess its bright colors attract me? ... or my curiosity?
I took a few photos and since I can't identify myself, there is nothing else but to count on your help.
I did not find Anamorph.
I do not know whether to consider the spores smooth or slightly rough. I watched a lot of free spores but only on the surface of a few I noticed a slight roughness.
Is it possible to identify this mushroom based on these data? What other data is necessary?
Greetings to all
Mirek
