Septoria ? on Salix buds in subalpine habitat

These black spheres (acervuli or pseudothecia? - not sure of the right term) were collected on buds of Salix sp. in a subalpine habitat during snow melting in the spring. These conidium-producing structures appeared only on the buds, not on the twigs. There are no ostioles, the blackish peridium simply cracks open and the spindle-shaped to sigmoid, colourless conidia ooze out in a grey mass. The conidia measure 25-30 (-35) x 5 microns and are 3-septate. The conidium wall is rather thin (ca. 0.3 micron). Conidiophores I could not discern. Are we in Septoria? Or do Septoria species only appear on leaves? (Well, buds are leaves, sort-of). The conidia fit Rhabdospora (Septoria) salicella, but I think that species should have an ostiole? Suggestions appreciated. Thanks.
