Elsa Sousa, 17-05-2017 00:01
Hi,

What could be this? Found on a stick of wood, under vegetation.
Populus, Salix, Alnus main trees. Near, a stream.

1st mic:
Asci ± 50  Setae 300-400 spores 7-7.7 x 2.7-3.3
Hairs - I don't know to recognize

Thank you for helping
Regards
Elsa

Hi Elsa,
this is Dematioscypha dematiicola together with its Haplographium anamorph (this long setae with sporebuilding on top)
Hairs are on image 6
regards,
Stip

Is this unequivocally D. dematiicola, or there are another possibility, specie for example?
