Ascomata gregarius, inmersed to erumpent, black, globose to subglobose, uniloculate. ostiole slit-like
Hamathecium numerous septate.
Asci 8 spored uni-biseriade, cylindric.
Ascospores fusiform brown, guttulate 3-4-5 septa, mainly 3 septa (16-20)X(8-5)
