Plagiostoma inclinatum Species Description & Illustrations
Peter Thompson, 06-03-2017 20:31
Hello Everyone,

Does anyone have a species description and illustrations of Plagiostoma inclinatum, which is supposed to fruit commonly on dead petioles of Acer pseudoplatanus, according to Ellis & Ellis?

The species description is not included in the following documents:

(i) Leaf-inhabiting genera of the Gnomoniaceae, Diaporthales. 2008
(ii) A systematic account of the genus Plagiostoma (Gnomoniaceae, Diaporthales) based on morphology, host associations and a 4-gene phylogeny, 2011

I would be grateful to receive it by email, if it is available.

Thank You,
Peter Thompson.

Hello Alain,

Thank you for sending me the species description.

I will see how the characteristics compare with my sample.

With Best Wishes,
Peter.
