Parasitic hyphomycete with Fusarium-like conidia
Bernard Declercq, 12-11-2016 19:34
Bernard DeclercqHi,

I found this hyphomycete parasitic on Botryosphaeria dothidea on a twig of Rhamnus frangula:
Colonies composed of fasciculate more or less straight "hairs" originating from a common base, up to 300 µm high and wide, white.
Conidia cylindrical-fusiform, straight to slightly curved, mostly with hooked apical end and truncate basal end, 62-79x4.5-5 µm, 1-septate, rarely up to 7-septate, filled with a row of large low refractive guttules and many minute ones, smooth, hyaline.
Conidiophores cylindrical, more or les straight, up to 200 µm long, smooth, hyaline.
Conidiogenous cell integrated, terminal.
Your suggestions are welcome.

Cheers,
Bernard

Salut Bernard,

Vraisemblablement le stade conidien (Fusarium) d'une Nectriaceae (s.l.).

Cheers,

Guy
