what do you think about Phaeohelotium terrestre?
I found it on the dead wood of willow, but this not lie directly on the ground.
The largest fruiting body diameter of 7 mm with short stalks about 3 mm.
Ascospores (12)14-16 x (4)5-6 µm

I think this is Hymenoscyphus conscriptus. typical on Salix and getting rather large. Spores fit very well. But asci should be amyloid and the asci with croziers. I am quite confidental that this is also the case with your sample. Amyloidity is best seen from dead asci, and croziers in the context, perhaps in KOH + Congo Red..
