Trouvé dans un tas de bois, sur branches décortiquée de feuillu (Aulnaie alluviale à 1'220m), apothécies 0.25-0.75mm de diamètre, hyménium jaune à gris-brun, surface externe brun foncé, couverte de poils, asques 79-105x8-9.5µm, octosporés, IKI-, spores hyalines et lisses, 14-17x4-5.5µm, paraphyses filiformes.
