Looks like a Moellerodiscus. I conclude this is a piece of darkened bark lying on the ground and the fungus grows on the inner face. Right?

VBs seem to be absent, unlike in M. lentus. Are you very sure with the absence of croziers?

I am sure that Raul would have some more questions.

The absence of croziers is quite extraordinary and we have it only in our M. aestivalis. Here also the absence of VBs is typical. We have presently samples on fruits of Malus and Ceratonia, and bark of Eucalyptus, and I think we do not know whether all these belong to one species.

I agree with Zotto.
Leandro, ¿tienes material fresco? ¿alguna posibilidad de que me mandes urgente? Si no está fresco, a ver si me puedes comprobar una reacción del excípulo... pretrata con KOH y luego aplica IKI (mejor si lavas con agua antes para que se vaya bien el KOH). Ya me dices qué te sale. El sustrato, ¿100% seguro?
