Tremella fuciformis, globispora comes close, but I don't think it fits 100%, or does not fit at all.

Dear Miran,
in case of Tremella you are in the wrong forum. No microscopy? A possible candidate would be Neobulgaria pura.
Then you are back in the right forum... ;-)
