: 15,5-17x4-4,5
b) asques octosporés, à spores bisériées, IKI+, à crochet à la base : 127x9
c) paraphyses filiformes, septées, à contenu réfringent
Une idée ?
Bernard
I don't know. Perhaps a section of the excipulum could give more hints.
But when I look at my images of H. epigaeus I think it fits quite well.
I am not sure with which species this one could be related. With H. lutescens perhaps?
H. epigaeus is maybe a Phaeohelotium rather than a typical Hymenoscyphus.
Zotto
Thank you for your answer!
As soon as possible I will make a section of the excipulum. For my information, is that there are many Hymenoscyphus that grow on moist soil?

just recently I was given a collection of a yellow discomycete which I identified as Hymenoscyphus epigaeus. I didn't notice any connection to pieces of wood, just bare soil and moss where the apothecia are growing. A few pics are attached!
Best wishes,
Gernot
Your excipulum photos fit my notes and drawing. Rather broad prismatic cells.
Did you measure the spores?

Best wishes,
Gernot
Gernot
