Ca fait aussi penser à Hypocrea leucopus...

For me it looks like deciduous wood (Fagus buds ly around) and like H. alutacea. I found H. leucopus some years ago in the Black Forest - and include a foto here. In my opinion it looks a little bit different ... (?)

El bosque es de Fanus y abetos ... la madera muy podrida, entre restos de materia organica, y los ejemplares muy pegados a la madera, pero a mi me parece que realmente no salian de la madera, solamente estaban pegados
Creo que actualmente su nombre es Trichoderma alutaceum
