Hello,
I think this is what I name M. olivaceocinerea, but I'm not sure wether it is really identical with Svrceks original description.
The KOH reaction should be negative and you should find also some bigger spores.
If the KOH reaction is positive, it could be what I call M. pyrenopezizoides.
