Bonjour,J'ai étudié soit un Geoglossum, ou bien un Trichoglossum. Voici la description des éléments microscopiques :
Asques longuement fusiformes, contenant huit spores, 178-200 x 19-24 µm;
Paraphyses grêles, septées, brunes, tordues-noueuses à l'apex (semblable à une tête de violon);
Spores cylindriques-filiformes, atténuées à chaque bout, lisses, avec 14-15 septa, brun-gris dans le NaCl isotonique
103,5 [111,7; 115,3] 123,5 x 5,9 [6,5; 6,8] 7,3 µm
Q = 15,3 [16,8; 17,4] 19; N = 30; C = 95%
Me = 113,5 x 6,6 µm;
Poils et soies absents;
Je n'arrive pas à trouver de la documentation pour m'indiquer la différence entre Geoglossum et Trichoglossum.
Est-ce seulement le nombre de septa sporaux et la présence ou non de poils et de soies ?

The absence of setae rules out Trichoglossum. On the other hand, there are species of Geoglossum with 14 septa, e.g. G. difforme. I have no documentation with me, but as far as I remember the values you indicated for the dimension of the spores are within the values for this species. I don't remember any other Geoglossum species with such spores.
