You will have to observe subsurface granules, and KOH reaction.

Macroscopically this could be H. rubiginosum. Did you already check the KOH-reaction?

Se trata de Hypoxylon perforatum, muy parecida a H. rubiginosum, pero con una reacción del estroma al KOH 10% amarillo verdoso en vez de rojizo
