Bonjour à tous, je m'appelle Luc Bailly, mycologue amateur habitant Manhay (Belgique). ASCOFrance m'a été renseigné lors du stage de Neufchâteau, fin août.Je me lance dans l'étude des ascomycètes, et notamment le recensement des Erisyphales, pour le plaisir. Seulement, pour la microscopie de ceux-ci, je me suis rendu compte que les asques étaient très fragiles. J'utilise la technique du "sprotch" pour briser la cléistothécie, mais seulement, il n'y a plus un seul asque intact. :P
L'un de vous a-t-il un truc? Ou devrais-je tenter de couper la petite fructification à la lame de rasoir? (pas facile!)
