     Hello everyone,
Hello everyone,Collected on rod of Rubus fruticosus agg.: Apothecia erumpent by lifting off a lid, disc plano-convex and ochraceous brown, 0,3-0,6 mm diam. Asci cyl.-clav., 8-sp., sp. 1-ser., porus IKI blue, 59-78x6,5-7,5 µm, with croziers. Spores ellipsoid-clavate, 8-9x3-3,5 µm, with two large LB's, with a mucous coating, smooth, hyaline. Paraphyses enlarged towards the apex, apex obtuse, upper cell 47-53x3-5,5 µm and filled with a large cylindrical VB. Ectal excipulum reduced, of pale reddish brown textura globulosa-angularis; marginal hairs cylindrical, up to 40x4-5 µm, 3-4-septate, lower cells pale reddish brown, upper cell cylindrical ,hyaline and filled with a VB.
Spores are larger than for H. dumeti and biguttulate. Your help is welcome.
Bernard

                Hi Bernard
the features remind me of a Trochila, but the substrate!
Do you have a photo of the apical ring in IKI? Is it as in Trochila?
You did not see any crystals on the exterior? Because there are two collections on Rubus of an unidentified species. For one of them (by Lucien Rommelaars, 14.IX.2012) these crystals are shown. The other (by Maren Kamke, V.2013) was presented in this forum.

                Re : Cf. Hysterostegiella dumeti
                Hi Zotto,
Trochila would indeed be an acceptable proposal. Species most probably conspecific with Maren's collection.
No crystals observed. Spores are up to 10 µm long.
The apical apparatus of the asci is strongly blued in IKI, outer end largest. Difficult to make a sharp photo of this.

Yes, this looks similar as in typical Trochila species.
