Sordaria
hannie wijers, 12-05-2013 17:45
Hello,

I'm not quite sure but could this be a sordaria? Asci 155-178 µm, spores 15-17 x11µm. On horsedung. With melzer J-  There were no dark spores to see.
If anyone has another idea for me i'd please to know.

Thank you

Hannie

Re : Sordaria
Hello Hannie

It
is indeed a Sordaria but should see the gelatinous perisporium and have more measures spores; can be S.fimicola.

Re : Sordaria
Here I got a few pictures of the spores with gelatinous. Is this what you meant Michel? The measur of spores are 17-18-19-20 x 12-13. Hopefully this will help. I still have to learn a lot of these material and maybe this will help

Thank you

Hannie

Re : Sordaria
OK, you can see much better with these photos, this could actually be Sordaria fimicola.

Michel.

Re : Sordaria
Thank you Michel, nice to be sure which one it is and I didn't know this  gelatinous about the spores. I'll watch it next time.
