Compared with the description in Hawksworth, Sivanesan (1976, New and interesting microfungi from Slapton..).

On dead leaves (litter in bog) of ericaceae (Chamaedaphne, Andromeda, Oxycoccus), N61,063892° E69,455695°, 06.08.2012.

Perithecia globose, tiny (50 mk), with thick arm- like processes at the top around apical pore, superficial, scattered at leave upper and lower surfaces.

Peridium from angular cells near 8 mk; branches (processes) 15 mk long, with rosette-shaped apex 8 mk broad; asci fissitunicate, near 30 x 5 mk; spores 2-celled, fusoid with middle constriction, near 10 x 2 mk (mature spores were rare in the specimen).?
