Medardi - Encoelia glauca

Hi,

I'm looking for the description of Encoelia glauca in Medardi (Atlante fotografico degli Ascomiceti d'Italia), I think there should also be a photo. Could someone please provide me a scan or a photograph of this page?

Has anybody already found this species?

I am not sure about the attached fungus which I could not identify so far. Could it be E. glauca? The descrition by Dennis 1975 is not too far. The composed photos are by Enrique. Substrate was Rosa, Rubus and Salix

Hi Gernot,

the Medardi does not have E. glauca. This species is only described shortly in the key in the first pages:

"Spore 5x1, curve. Apotecio cupolato, con imenoforo giallastro e superficie esterna verde glauca; su legno die Corylus"

Perhaps this helps.

I don't know about that, sorry. I don't have more information on this species than given in Dennis and Medardi.
