Dear Friends

Can you help me with identification of misterious Peziza with white felt abhymenium, which grew in spring in the sandy steppe?

Grateful before,

Alex

Re : Peziza with white felt abhymenium
Hello Alex,
that kind of abhymenium is typical in the species around Peziza cerea, Peziza vesiculosa and allies. Usually if the apothecium is fresh and wet the surface is concolorous with hymenium, but in drying the surface become white.
