Calycina-like species
Nicolas VAN VOOREN, 25-08-2011 17:56

Re : Calycina-like species
Hi Nicolas

I fear you need to put this to the unidentifiable discos :-(

It is possible that i have photos of this, but I lost a bit the overview. This species has liitle characters to put it in a genus.

What about the hairs, I do not see any on the macro.

Re : Calycina-like species
What is the shape of the hairs? Any septa? thinwalled? Straight?

Re : Calycina-like species
Yes, the hairs are septate with a relative thin wall. The shortest (between 60-80 µm) hairs are straight, the longest are more flexuous...

Re : Calycina-like species
Are you sure it is not a Hyaloscypha?
