Nannfeldt, Studien über die Morphologie und Systematik der nicht-lichenisierten Inoperculaten Discomyceten / Nova Acta Regiae Societatis Scientarum Uppsaliensis (1932). 


Unfortunately, I have not first 43 pages of this paper (the introduction). If someone has this book and a little free time, please send me the files of missing pages, and then I could complement the existing pdf-file.
