Re:aide dasyscyphus?
Dear Michel & Guy
yes, I agree, this is very probably our Colipila. It is really time to publish this nice species although I had preferred to await a molecular analysis. Describing a new genus is always an ambiguous matter, but placing this species in Dasyscyphella or Psilachnum is similarly advantageous.
Your photos dans leau are made from the dried apothecia? They look dead and therefore like having granular cell contents. Colipila is not xerotolerant therefore needs to be studied in fresh state in order to, f.ex., delimit from Psilachnum which has refractve vacuoles in paraphyses and hairs and usually grows on grasses.
I would very much like to have a look at the substrate (to identify the host genus). Also, if you find the species again I would beg you to please send it to my address in fresh state.

Re:aide dasyscyphus?
dear guy and zotto
thank you for your answer.
the studied material looked fresh, it had stayed in a box two or three days in the fridge. In fact the preparations in melzer give it this granular aspect, I suppose. Enclosed two pictures in red congo I took yesterday. By the time most of the species became dark brown. The coming thursday, I will be back again on the site and I will send you the species if I find it again.
how could I get the dvd you notice ?
hope to read you soon
