spores 14.5 -16.4 long, looks a little warthy within the ascus but it appears to be little drops of oil, further the spores contain 2 big droplets of oil.

that makes it inoperculate - an operculum is (generally) a lid which lifts off to form an opening - not a pore opening such as one can see (stained) here . . .

Yes, Rutstroemia luteovirescens is most probable (also Martin Bemmann gave me that idea). But the substrate should then be petioles of Acer.
