Hi,

maybe, I am not sure, first it reminds me on Didymella sp., which also occurs on dead Urtica stems. I have a quite similar collection on Galium aparine which I had identified as D. exigua.

I guess M. superflua has smaller spores, like they are shown on Enrique's photos.
