Paraphyses slender, 2my wide, slightly widened to 2,5 at apex
Sp 13-17 x 5-6, hyaline, smooth, with 1 or 2 guttules (dried material)

Interesting, but in dead state difficult to say (for me). So it obviously grows on Juncus.
I suggest to study the exipulum.

This looks very helpful. Perhaps in earlier times it would have been classified as a Phialea or Cyathicula, if not Allophylaria. But a species I have not in mind.
