Geoglossum
Malcolm Greaves, 21-11-2024 17:21
Malcolm GreavesThis Geoglossum was found in a wet meadow.
7 septate spores c 55 - 70 x 6.5
Paraphyses mostly straight with swollen ends many with unconstricted septa in the top. This led me to G uliginosum but I am not convinced. Not simile with its unswollen ends but could it just be G cookeanum? I could find no paraphyses with barrel shaped elements.
G uliginosum looks the closest in Luc Lenaerts book.
Thanks
Mal

Geoglossum cookeanum, Glutinoglossum micro muy diferente.

Re : Geoglossum
In my opinion Geoglossum cookeanum, not G. uliginosum.
