Hi Pavel, 

What an interesting find ! 
It seems that your new micro pics do not appear in your last post. 

It would be interesting to observe the position of the spores in the asci as E. lunata and curvatispora have differences in this character.
I suppose that your measurment has been done on living material ?

Hi Michel,
Yes, the spores were measured live in water. 
I have now sent the specimen to Kew gardens who confirmed the species.
However, I was not familiar with E.curvispora at the time of communicating with them.  I guess the spore size is somewhere in the middle.
