Ascobolus denudatus?
Anna Klos, 19-04-2024 18:32
Good evening,

I found this Ascobolus on wet soil and remains of grasses. After careful research, I think it is Ascobolus denudatus, am I right?

Spores: (18)-20 (23) x 10-11,5(12,5)mu

With kind regards,

Anna Klos

Re : Ascobolus denudatus?
Hello Anna.

No problem for A.denudatus; relatively uncommon species.

Michel.

Re : Ascobolus denudatus?
Hi Michel,

Thank you very much for your quick conformation.

I always associated the genus Ascobolus with dung, so ik took a while before I found the right direction.

I'm learning every day!

With kind regards,

Anna
