Sp: 15 – 19,5 x 11,5 - 13

Re : Rutstroemia? Ciboria?
For the genus you need the excipulum, globulosa or prismatica parallel to the outside.

Do you have it fresh? please mount in water and look for free spores. Are they smooth or warted?

Re : Rutstroemia? Ciboria?
Good afternoon, thank you very much for your message. Unfortunately, I have only relied on dry material for these observations, and I currently don't have access to it. Nevertheless, I take note of your advice.
I am new to mycology and I feel like I'm struggling to find reference material to identify ascomycetes. I would appreciate any recommendations.
Best regards.

Re : Rutstroemia? Ciboria?
Because of the immense diversity of ascomycetes and the rapid changes in knowledge it is necessary to use up-to-date papers on special groups. For the methods of studying discomycetes you should consult Dougoud comprehensive survey, recently published here in an English translation.
