Hi!Anyone know this on found on calcareous clay?
Apothecia is 1,35-2,7mm wide.
Spores 4.2- 11um
Asci 85-95x 8-9um, croziers-, blue top in lugols.
Some parafyses branched.
Found i Sweden.

The apical ring should be of the Hymenoscyphus type and I suggest H. imberbis (Phaeohelotium imberbe), better placed in the Cudoniella relationship.

But on your photo I see a black, fibrous, probably woody structure below the left apo.

The black is old leaf of Tussilago farfara. Maybe it can fruit on that?
