Re : Grey Pyrenopeziza/Mollisia on Quercus
This must be a Mollisia in bad shape. Depending on the apo size it could be M. olivascens or M. elegantior. You saw any asci and paraphyses?

Re : Grey Pyrenopeziza/Mollisia on Quercus
M. olivascens is much larger, maybe 2-3 mm. So this is a Mollisia I cannot further identify.
The VBs are nicely seen. The apical rin seems to react reddish? - which would be unusual.
